Del Piero is set to leave Juventus at the end of the season, having spent nearly 19 years at the turin outfit. Despite this, the 36-year-old is not ready to call time on his career just yet, and is on the look-out for a new challenge which could benefit both his ability and his status in the game.
Talk in Italy is that Spurs are preparing to offer the Del Piero the opportunity to end his playing days in England. The North London club are, however, likely to be one of many teams chasing the Italian’s signature, with AC Milan also said to be pondering a move for the veteran striker.
