Mario Balotelli has been urged by his manager to come back in the New Year with a renewed attitude to help Manchester City land the title, Mirror
The striker’s performances have been key this year, and although Roberto Mancini continues to stand by him, Balotelli’s indiscretions off the pitch continue to hinder both club and player.
Mancini said: “I think Mario can improve every week, every month, because he’s still a young player. When you are young, you can always improve.
“I would like the new year to bring for him a different way in that he can understand that if you want to play well at football, to have a good private life, you should have good behaviour always.”
