Michael Carrick has called for the critics to keep calling Manchester United, because they can cope with the pressure easily, manutd.com reports.
Carrick filled in at centre back for United in their Boxing Day thrashing of Wigan and they picked up their fourth win in a row following their Champions League exit against Basel. United have scored 16 goals in their last four games and are coming into form, drawing level on points with Manchester City at the top of the league. Critics were out in force when United were thrashed 6-1 by City at Old Trafford in October, but Carrick insists that these comments do not affect the squad.
