Juventus are prepared to let out-of-favour striker Amauri join Tottenham Hotspur according to the club’s general manager Giuseppe Marotta, ESPN
Amauri, 31, has not played for Juve this season, and looks likely to move on sooner rather than later with his contract set to expire next summer.
Tottenham are thought to be in the market for a new front man with Roman Pavlyuchenko’s exit looking ever more likely, and now Marotta has talked up the chance of Harry Redknapp’s side signing Amauri.
“Amauri to Tottenham? On our side there is the desire to facilitate the transfer,” he said. “We must discuss the needs of the players and hope to be able to satisfy him.”
Fulham have also been linked with a move for the Brazilian born striker, who joined Juventus from Palermo in 2008.
