Terry and Luiz back for Chelsea ahead of Tottenham test

Andre Villas-Boas has confirmed that an injury suffered by John Terry in Chelsea’s recent match with Wigan Athletic is not as bad as first feared, and his captain will be available for Thursday’s match against Tottenham.

Terry went over on his knee in the clash at the DW Stadium but ESPN reports his manager putting him in contention for tomorrow night’s game: “John Terry took a painful knock, but he seems OK now. Even if he is limping I think he will be fine for the next game.”

The Portuguese manager delivered more good news claiming that Brazilian duo David Luiz and Ramires could also return to fitness in time for the short trip to White Hart Lane: “Ramires should be fine as well. He’s progressing and will be able to play, and maybe David Luiz too.”
