Tottenham plan January move for Kaka

Tottenham are set to spring a daring loan move for out-of-favour Real Madrid midfielder Kaka, according to the Daily Mail.

Kaka came on as a substitute in Real Madrid’s 3-1 loss to Barcelona on Saturday, but has generally struggled to make an impact in Jose Mourinho’s side. The Brazilian signed for the Spanish club in 2009 from A.C. Milan, but has rarely been a first team regular.

Harry Redknapp could now look to sign the 29-year-old on loan until the end of the season, with a potential option to buy should he impress during his stay – though this may be prohibited by Real’s asking price. However, Spurs may face competition for Kaka from PSG, who are also thought to be harbouring an interest in the midfielder.
