Spurs have now opened up an 8 point gap over their London rivals, and Keane suggests that this will make it even harder for Luka Modric to be prised away.
“I’m looking at Chelsea trying to get Luka – it’s going to be very difficult now to convince him because it’s looking like Spurs have overtaken them,” Keane told The Mail. “If you look at performances, they look like a team that can stay there for some time. They will challenge for the title, there’s no question of that.”
