FC Porto striker Hulk is refusing to rule out the chance to join up with former manager Andre Villas-Boas at Chelsea, but insists the Blues will have to meet his release clause of £84million should they want to buy him. Being contracted in Portugal until 2016, Chelsea represent a minority of clubs that have the financial power to prise him away from Porto before his contract expires.

Porto President Pinto Da Costa believes the release clause will be met, just not in the near future: “I hope that no one meets Hulk’s buyout clause, but I would not be surprised if someone pays it one day.”
