Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is hoping that a game in the FA Cup will help him cement a place in the Blues side for the Premier League and Champions League, chelseafc.com reports.
The 18 year old has made six appearances for the Blues so far this season without scoring, but has scored five in his last five reserve games. Lukaku is keen to make an impact whilst Didier Drogba is away at the African Cup of Nations and could see a rare start against Portsmouth in the FA Cup on Sunday. The Belgian forward signed for Chelsea from Anderlecht in the summer, but has failed to squeeze past Drogba and Fernando Torres in the first team lineup.
