Manchester City defender Micah Richards has told his club’s official website that he thinks referee Phil Dowd made the wrong decision in awarding Liverpool a penalty. The penalty was awarded for a handball by Richards but his defence is that the ball deflected of his knee and the struck his arm so it was unintentional.
