Pavlyuchenko, 30, has scored once in five appearances for Spurs this season, and has found himself as third choice striker behind Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe. He has been linked with several Russian clubs during this transfer window, including CSKA and Lokomotiv Moscow, but so far without consequence.
“We can’t agree about the price with Mr. Levy,” said Oleg Artemov, the player’s representative. “He values Pavlyuchenko according to his own gauge. This is by how much the club spent, his goals, and he also wants some profit on him. I really don’t know how he’s counting.”
