Niklas Bendtner is weighing up his options after reported interest from Spanish side Malaga.
According to reports on Sky
Given his strong performances for Denmark at Euro 2012 – scoring 3 times in 3 games – interest in the striker is thought to be high with speculation that Malaga are at the front of queue to sign the 24-year-old. His agent, Tom Brooks, speaking to BT claimed that: “We are in negotiations with several clubs,” adding: “we are reviewing the options before we decide where his future will be.”
Bendtner has played just shy of 100 games for Arsenal, getting 22 goals in that time. Last season in a loan spell at Sunderland he scored 8 in 28 appearances.
Malaga have just qualified for the Champions League – the first time in their history – and are looking to bolster their squad in preparation for next term. They already have a host of international stars such as Julio Baptista and Jeremy Toulalan in their squad.
