Arsenal consider move for Brazil midfielder

Brazilian playmaker Paulo Henrique Ganso is attracting interest from Arsene Wenger according to the Daily Mail.

The paper reports that Arsenal are weighing up an offer for the highly rated midfielder with Ganso’s representative awaiting the North London side’s next move.

The 22-year-old started his senior career with Brazil side Santos in 2008 and has since played 157 games scoring 35 goals. But he has become infamous for linking up with fellow bright star Neymar at club and international level, making his senior squad debut for Brazil in 2010 – he currently has 8 caps to his name.

Ganso is no stranger to speculation having been linked with Chelsea, AC Milan and Tottenham amongst others in the past.

Arsenal themselves have also been linked with another Brazilian, the much talked about Oscar who appears to be on his way to the Premier League, but suggestions are that he will be playing for either Chelsea or Tottenham next season.
