Three days before then Chelsea play Liverpool at Stamford Bridge while three days after the Premier League leaders travel to the Hawthorns to meet West Bromwich Albion.
That represents a total distance of almost 7,000 miles in a matter of days, and the Chelsea players are not the only Premier League regulars included in the travelling party by manager Mano Menezes. Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro has also been named, while Real Madrid midfielder Kaka is in the squad as well.
