Micah Richards was publically critical of Mancini’s methods in the wake of City’s 3-1 defeat against Ajax in the Champions League on Tuesday, a match that saw City shift formation on a regular basis. Richards revealed that the players are not comfortable with the three-man defence Mancini at times prefers, adding that it is not something they practice in training.
