Everton welcome an in-form Norwich side to Goodison Park looking to recover from the blow of defeat at Reading last week and continue their charge for the Champions League this season.
The Toffees are unbeaten at home so far this season and will be confident of success, although Chris Hughton’s Canaries, who have taken 11 points from the last 15 available to rise from second-bottom to the relative security of 13th position, a full five points above the drop zone.
However, the Toffees have a number of selection issues with top-scorer Marouane Fellaini suspended and captain Phil Neville absent as he recovers from knee surgery. David Moyes is also sweating on the fitness of Sylvain Distin, Seamus Coleman and Victor Anichebe, although Darron Gibson, Tony Hibbert and Kevin Miralles could all feature having recovery from injuries.
Norwich look set to field an unchanged XI from the one that dispatched Manchester United at Carrow Road last week, with keeper John Ruddy, so impressive against the likes of Robin Van Persie and Javier Hernandez, set to feature against his former club in between the sticks. Elsewhere, Michael Turner is a doubt with a shoulder problem while fellow defender Russell Martin looks to have recovered from a back problem and could be in line to feature.
