Big-spending French side Paris Saint Germain look set to test Manchester City’s patience with Mario Balotelli by making a huge January offer, The
The 22 year old Italian has been left out of City’s last two Premier League fixtures with reports of another bust-up with Roberto Mancini. Balotelli has been in the headlines, often for all the wrong reasons since his move to the Premier League champions and according to reports City’s patience is wearing extremely thin. Mancini said the reason for him dropping the Italian for this Saturday’s 5-0 thrashing over Aston Villa was his poor attitude in training.
Mancini has insisted that he will support Balotelli, who he believes has the potential to be the best in the world, but PSG are ready to test City’s owners with a huge bid. The Parisians are looking to cement their place at the top of Ligue 1 and in the Champions League and want to partner the fiery Balotelli with another hot-head in Swedish star Zlatan Ibrahimovic. PSG boss Carlo Ancelotti wants a player to take the responsibility slightly away from Ibrahimovic and the French club enquired into Balotelli’s services before Euro 2012.
If Balotelli is sold by the Premier League side, it leaves room for Mancini to go and sign Radamel Falcao. The 26 year old is being watched by many European sides and City are looking to cement their attacking line-up as they look to improve their Champions League performances.
