Nicklas Bendtner has admitted that he could finally be set to leave Arsenal on a permanent basis within the next two weeks, writes Sky
The Danish striker has not featured for the Gunners since 2011, and has spent the last two seasons out on loan at Sunderland and Juventus.
He did impress a section of fans while at the Stadium of Light, but did not enjoy an easy spell with the Old Lady. The terms of the loan stated that a permanent deal could be agreed at the conclusion of the loan, but the 25-year-old failed to score a single league goal in Italy and he returned to North London.
He has claimed that he is considering offers from “five or six clubs”, and also revealed that Arsenal have given him the green light to secure a permanent move within the next fortnight.
It is believed that Turkish outfit Besiktas are interested, while clubs from France, Germany, Holland and Portugal are also keen to give the Danish international striker the permanent move he seeks.
