Chelsea have become the latest team to be tracking Marco Van Ginkel, the midfielder rated at around £8m by Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem.
The Blues are reported to be ahead of fellow chasers Ajax as they will be looking to let Gael Kakuta go in the opposite direction in a bid to sweeten the deal. Kakuta spent much of last season on loan at the Geldredome and the London
Van Ginkel, 20, has come up through the ranks and has now gone on to make 93 appearances for Vitesse scoring 18 goals for the club. He has also made it to international level playing 13 times for the Under 21s before making his full debut for his country in 2012.
Arsenal and Manchester United are also among those clubs believed to be keeping tabs on the young midfielder and with a price-tag of just £8m Vitesse could be the lucky recipients of a bidding war.
