Incoming Manchester United manager David Moyes is willing to let Luis Nani leave the club this summer, with the player favouring a move to either Juventus or Monaco, according to the
United have set an £8m price tag for the Portugal international and despite interest from Turkish giants Galatasaray, Nani is believed to favour the opportunity to play in either Italy or France. Both Serie A champions Juventus and big-spending Monaco have held talks with Nani’s representatives, the newspaper claims.
Nani has been at United since the summer of 2007, moving to Old Trafford from Sporting Lisbon. In his time at the current Premier League champions, Nani has made more than 200 appearances, scoring 39 goals. He has won the league title four times and the Champions League once, as well as making more than 60 appearances for his national team.
Last season he made only 21 appearances under Sir Alex Ferguson, scoring three times. New boss Moyes will not stand in the way of Nani’s exit after what the newspaper describes as an inconsistent season.
