Premier League leaders Arsenal will be hoping to continue their excellent form when they face Norwich City on Saturday.
The Gunners’ winning run came to an end last time out as they were held by West Bromwich Albion, but a winning mentality seems to have returned to Arsene Wenger’s side, with the presence of record signing Mesut Ozil helping to get the best out of Aaron Ramsey. At the back, Laurent Koscielny and Per Mertesacker are proving a solid defensive partnership.
Defeat at home to Chelsea sent Norwich back into the relegation zone despite an improved second half performance. Chris Hughton is reportedly under some pressure to produce results, and consistency is a problem, but on paper, the Canaries should have enough to stay away from danger. The former Newcastle United boss will be hoping for more goals from summer signing Ricky van Wolfswinkel, who has failed to score since the opening day.
Santi Cazorla and Bacary Sagna could both return from injury for Arsenal, although Theo Walcott may not be risked. Abou Diaby and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remain sidelined with long-term injuries.
Norwich have an injury concern over winger Anthony Pilkington, who faces a race against time to be fit. They also be without Elliott Bennett.
