Hull City manager Steve Bruce has insisted that all the pressure will be on Arsenal when the two clubs meet in the FA Cup final on May 18, BBC
The Tigers overcame League One side Sheffield United 5-3 at Wembley on Sunday to advance to their first ever FA Cup final, despite twice going behind. Second half goals from Matt Fryatt, Tom Huddlestone, Stephen Quinn and David Meyler were enough to ensure victory.
Final opponents Arsenal will not only be the favourites to lift the trophy, but they will be under pressure to win their first silverware since 2005, when they beat Manchester United in the final of the same competition.
And Bruce believes that there will be very little pressure on his side in five week’s time. He said: “The pressure will be on Arsenal because they have not won anything for a while. They are a great side, they have great tradition and great history with a top-class manager. We are up against it but we will do our best.”
