PSG have already agreed to pay £50m for Chelsea’s David Luiz but what the Brazil international’s Belgium teammate as well, but Financial Fair Play means they may have to sell before they buy.
The French champions were fined £50m by UEFA for breaching the FFP regulations and would need to get some money in before spending £49m on Hazard, it’s claimed.
PSG paid £36m to sign Moura from Sao Paolo in 2012, the Brazilian rejected the chance to move to Manchester United to head for the French capital. PSG want to get most if not all of their money back for the 21-year-old.
Hazard was criticised by Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho following the Blues’ Champions League semi-final defeat by Atletico Madrid and could be sacrificed as the Portuguese looks to rebuild his squad at Stamford Bridge.
The playmaker has said he wants to remain at Chelsea but it’s thought Chelsea could cash in should PSG make a sizeable offer. Hazard has made more than 100 appearances for Chelsea since his 2011 move from Lille, the 23-year-old scoring 30 goals.
