Hull City’s Tom Ince to join Nottingham Forest on short-term loan

According to the Nottingham Post, Hull City winger Tom Ince will be joining Nottingham Forest on a month’s loan.

The son of former Manchester United and Liverpool midfielder Paul Ince signed for Hull City on a free transfer in 2014 from Championship side Blackpool. But the 22-year-old has only made three league appearances for the Tigers since his arrival.

As a result, manager Steve Bruce is happy to loan him out on a short-term basis to get some game time. Playing in the second tier saw Ince showcase his best form, with the England U21 international scoring 18 goals in 44 games in 2012/13.

Last season, Ince sent time on loan at Crystal Palace, but found it hard to force his way into the first-team. He made a total of 8 league appearances after joining the Eagles at the end of January.
