However he could now be on the move in January after the Italian giants look to reduce their massive wage bill – with Guarin being one of the top earners at the club, and the Red Devils could make their move for the Colombian in the next few months.
It is said that Louis van Gaal is a big admirer of the South American playmaker, who joined Inter from Porto in 2012 for an initial loan deal that was made permanent for 13.5m euros.
He has played 69 times in the league for the Italian club, scoring 10 goals.
