Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez thanks his manager for his bright start in the Premier League

Arsenal’s summer signing Alexis Sanchez revealed manager Arsene Wenger is beyond his brilliant start to Premier League life, reports the Express.

The Chilean international, 25, has scored 11 goals in all competitions this season for the Gunners, and while he admitted the Premier League has been difficult to get to grips with, manager Arsene Wenger has guided him along all the way.

“English football is hard, it’s difficult so you have to adapt. It’s the most complicated football and it’s not easy. Even small teams will cause problems, but it keeps me guessing and I love it. The goal? At the moment I’m just gaining confidence in myself and working with Wenger,” he said.

Wenger isn’t too popular with supporters currently as Arsenal are struggling for form in the Premier League, but his influence continues to be key in luring in elite stars to the club.
