Liverpool could replace manager Brendan Rodgers with Jurgen Klopp

According to the Express, Liverpool are lining up Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp to replace the under-fire Brendan Rodgers.

Liverpool recently suffered their third consecutive Premier League defeat, which has left them 18 points adrift of leaders Chelsea this season, while suffering the same amount of defeat as they amassed in the whole of 2013/14 already (6).

Manager Brendan Rodgers finds his position under threat as a result of their poor start, and Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp is being linked with the Merseyside club as he recently made a statement revealing he wants to manage in England.

Liverpool supporters are putting pressure on the hierarchy to have some ambition and target a manager regarded as one of the best in the world to help lift them from their slumber. There’s been no official move as of yet, however.
