After Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez scored the winning goal against Southampton, manager Arsene Wenger lavish praise on the “fabulous” Chilean international, reports Sky
“Alexis is one of the players who had to dig deep, but he still had such desire to fight. He always finds something special to get a goal. It’s difficult to find someone who has settled at a club so quickly. When you look at the number of goals he has and the impact he has on the team, it’s fabulous,” said the Frenchman.
Sanchez has enjoyed a bright start to life as an Arsenal player, with the former Barcelona man having scored 14 goals in 18 games. He’s popped up with many important goals for the Gunners in all competitions already this campaign, and bagged the winning goal against Southampton last night.
