Carroll: West Ham can win the Premier League

West Ham striker Andy Carroll believes that the kind of form on display from the Hammers means they can go on to win the Premier League title this season, the Daily Telegraph has reported.

Carroll scored twice as West Ham beat Swansea 2-1 on Sunday and Sam Allardyce’s side are fourth in the table following Manchester United’s win over Southampton, which saw the Red Devils climb to third.

The former Newcastle and Liverpool striker has said that with the depth in the squad at Upton Park, there’s no reason to feel the good results are going to end. “We have a great squad and I can’t say we are going to give up now we are in the top three,” he insisted. “We have got a great team and we can go all the way.

“With the team we have got, and the manager, the way he is coaching everyone, it is fantastic, and I don’t think we will be giving up at all,” Carroll continued. “I think there is no limit. We can go all the way to the top.”

West Ham have won their last three, beating Swansea, West Brom and Newcastle, and have 27 points from their first 15 games. They trail London rivals Chelsea, who lead the league, by nine points.
