Everton 3-1 QPR: Comfortable win for the Toffees as QPR’s winless away run continues

Everton earned all three points in their meeting against Queens Park Rangers at Goodison Park to climb up the table, while the Hoops remained in the relegation zone, reports Sky Sports.

Everton took the lead after half an hour, with midfielder Ross Barkley scoring an impressive individual effort. The England international picked up the ball from deep, before charging forward and hitting an effort from distance that flew into the top corner.

Belgian winger Kevin Mirallas doubled the Toffees’ lead 10 minutes later to send Everton into the break with a more comfortable lead.

Steven Naismith made it 3-0 early in the second-half to put the game beyond doubt for Queens Park Rangers. Harry Redknapp’ side did pull a goal back through Bobby Zamora, but never really threatened a comeback.
