According to Sky
Leicester have endured a difficult first season back in the Premier League, with the Foxes having lost eight of their last nine games, while their last victory came all the way back in September. With City currently bottom of the table after 16 games, the Midlands club are looking to make changes to the fabric of the club, but manager Nigel Pearson is said to be safe in his position.
“Robinson departs with immediate effect and with the best wishes of everyone at the football club. Current academy director Jon Rudkin will assume the responsibilities of director of football. Jon has been with Leicester City Football Club for 16 years, has headed the club’s academy and has an excellent understanding of the club’s footballing philosophy and values,” said the club’s statement.
