According to talkSPORT,
The Moroccan international, 25, has only played 25 minutes of Premier League football, with manager Harry Redknapp suggesting the midfielder wasn’t fit to play for the London club. Taarabt was loaned out to Fulham and AC Milan last season, with the former Tottenham man deemed surplus to requirements at QPR.
Atalanta are one side looking to procure Taarabt, but they can’t afford his wages, so a loan move could well be on the cards. Rangers have no intention on bringing him back into the first-team, but he’s contracted to the club for another two years, so they would likely sanction a temporary move.
