Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp wants focus on getting results not having a Christmas party

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has ruled out a Christmas party for the players, insisting the focus should be on getting the Londoners out of the drop zone, reports Sky Sports.

The Hoops currently find themselves 19th in the Premier League table, with 11 points from 14 games, while having lost three of their last five games, and the Rangers manager believes the players should only have survival on their minds, not a Christmas party.

“No, I’m not into Christmas parties, not for footballers. I think it’s more aggravation than it’s worth. They haven’t mentioned anything. I think they understand the pitfalls of going out. We’re in a relegation battle and we need to make sure we concentrate fully,” Redknapp said.
