Aston Villa defender Enda Stevens has extended his loan spell with League One side Doncaster Rovers until the summer, reports Sky
The 24-year-old impressed with the newly-relegated Championship outfit this season, and revealed that he wants to prolong his stay at the Keepmoat Stadium. Out-of-favour with Aston Villa, Stevens has been loaned out to Notts County in August 2013 for just a month, before joining Doncaster in November.
He spent the rest of the campaign with Rovers, before Northampton Town came in for his services the following season. But a short-lived loan spell saw Stevens back with Doncaster, where he will now stay until May. The left-back has made a total of 23 appearances for Paul Dickov’s side, and is a free agent in the summer.
