Chelsea will make a bid to sign Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado if they can successfully offload Mohamed Salah before the end of January, according to the London
Salah was brought to Stamford Bridge from Basel in January 2014 but has since gone on to make just six starts for Chelsea in all competitions, with Eden Hazard, Oscar, Andre Schurrle and Willian ahead in the pecking order.
Manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed that he would agree to sell Salah as long as he was given funds to sign a replacement, and Roma are seemingly close to securing a loan deal for the Egyptian in a move that would be made permanent for £12m in the summer.
Cuadrado, who has been a target for Mourinho since he was in charge at Real Madrid, is looking to leave Fiorentina after 18 months and 104 appearances, during which time he has scored 25 goals. He has a £26.8m buyout clause in his contract which Chelsea are willing to meet, while a enquiry has been made by the West London club regarding his availability.
