According to the Express,
The 17-year-old holding midfielder has made 10 league appearances for Porto this season, scoring one goal. He’s featured in the Champions League too on three occasions, and has drawn comparison to Barcelona’s Sergio Busquets.
“He is fantastic with the ball at his feet, he knows how to position himself and he’s aggressive. He’s similar to Sergio Busquets,” said former Barcelona man Cristian Tello.
Neves would reportedly set Liverpool back around £28M due to his young age, but has been attracting interest from the Premier League side as they are looking to replace long-serving captain Steven Gerrard. Manager Brendan Rodgers hasn’t made an official approach, but is keeping tabs on the 17-year-old.
