Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj blocked from a move to Paris Saint-Germain

According to the Telegraph, Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has been blocked from moving to French Ligue One giants Paris Saint Germain this month by United manager Louis Van Gaal, says the Belgian’s agent.

Before he signed a long-term deal with the Red Devils, Januzaj was being courted by the Parisians, and they have renewed their interest this month. But Janzaj’s agent, Dirk de Vriese, has revealed that any deal for the youngster to leave United for PSG has been blocked by the manager, as he wants him in and around the first-team this season.

“Yes, PSG have shown themselves to be interested this winter. They directly contacted Manchester United for information. But Louis van Gaal announced that he cannot leave. Not as a permanent transfer nor as a loan. The coach considered him as an important player for squad. He is counting on everyone. It seems like a definitive decision, I don’t think that it can change,” said the player’s agent.
