Milan have confirmed that they have agreed to sign Liverpool midfielder Suso on a four-year contract in the summer when his current Reds deal expires, Goal.com
According to Suso’s agent, the Italian club may look to ensure that he makes the move in January instead of waiting until the summer, but the player will have a medical in the coming weeks.
That would end the 21-year-old’s stay at Anfield after five years, having been signed from hometown club Cadiz in the summer of 2010. He has never fully established himself as a regular in the first-team despite having a brief a run in the side in late 2012.
He spent the whole of last season on loan at Almeria, while since returning to Liverpool he has struggled for game time, partly due to injury. Overall for the Merseyside club, he has made 21 appearances, scoring once.
Although yet to play for Spanish senior squad, Suso has represented his country at all the junior levels, helping to win the European U-19 Championships in 2012.
