After Stoke City forward Bojan came off injured in the Potters’ FA Cup win against Rochdale, manager Mark Hughes revealed his concern for the Spaniard, reports Sky
The former Barcelona man has hit a real purple patch of form for Stoke City of late, and hit a cracking volley in the FA Cup clash last night. His injury comes at a time where he appeared to be finding his feet, and manager Mark Hughes says City can’t afford to have him out of action.
“There is a concern there for us. We don’t know how bad it is. He has gone back home and we will check him in the morning. He is due for a scan so hopefully he will be okay. Hopefully if the scan is clear he will be okay. It will be disappointing if we lose him for any length of time,” he said.
