Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including Stoke City, Leicester City, Hull City and Everton, Sky Sports has reported.
The winger has been on the fringes of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad this season, making 17 appearances in all competitions but none since December 17. It’s believed that the Foxes have missed out on the signing of the 27-year-old while a loan move to the Potters could be in the offing, while Everton are monitoring the situation.
Hull have also been mooted as a potential candidate for Lennon’s signature and are home to a number of former Spurs players, including Michael Dawson, Jake Livermore and Tom Huddlestone, although their relegation-threatened status
Lennon started his career at Leeds United, breaking into the first team in 2003 and leaving Yorkshire for White Hart Lane in 2005. He played fewer than 50 games for Leeds and has to date featured more than 300 times for the London club, scoring 30 goals.
