West Ham midfielder Graham Dorrans has joined Championship side Norwich City on a month’s loan, reports Sky
The deal is expected to be finalised by the end of week, and will see the Baggies man finally make the move he looked set to make on transfer deadline day. Dorrans was close to completing the move to the Canaries back in January, but the deal fell through. He revealed, however, that he’s remained in contact with the Norfolk club with a view to joining in some capacity.
It’s likely that his loan move will have the option to be extended if he can impress at Carrow Road, and the Scotland international could certainly be a buying option in the summer too. West Brom manager Tony Pulis had no place for the midfielder in the first-team, and has subsequently let him go for the coming month. Albion have stiff competition for places, so Dorrans had a task to force his way into the starting eleven.
But Norwich are signing a vastly experienced and talented individual, who on his day can unlock defences and create goalscoring chances.
