Cech is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this summer after a year playing back-up to Thibaut Courtois, who was installed as first choice by Mourinho following his return from a three-year loan spell at Atletico Madrid. Cech had previously been the No.1 for the duration of his 11 years at the London club.
Ruddy, an England international first linked with the Blues two years ago, is part of the Canaries team vying for promotion to the top flight via the play-offs, and missed out on a £5m move to Chelsea previously when his club refused to sell.
Green, meanwhile, has been a fixture in the QPR side relegated from the Premier League this season and as the club looks to lighten its wage bill, could be available for a £2m fee.
Cech, it is suggested, is close to a move to Turkish club Besiktas, although Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid have all been mentioned as possible destinations.
