Manchester United are hoping to confirm the double exit of defensive pair Victor Valdes and Jonny Evans, according to the Metro.
Manager
Former Barcelona stopper Valdes has struggled to make an impact at the club since arriving in January, making only two appearances, and is expected to join Turkish giants Besiktas on a free transfer at some point over the weekend.
Northern Irish international Evans may be staying slightly closer to home, though, as West Bromwich Albion are reported to be keen on snapping him up.
United are flying a little too close to the sun by leaving their transfer business so late as they will want another marquee signing to arrive before the window closes.
