Man United still want Gareth Bale but Real Madrid say he’s not for sale at any price

Real Madrid have apparently warned Manchester United that star winger Gareth Bale is not for sale at any price this summer, the Daily Express reports.

The Welshman has been a long time target of the Red Devils with manager Louis van Gaal still keen on adding some considerable muscle to his forward line for the 2015/16 season.

Recently, the club have been linked with a move for Barcelona star Neymar, but it now seems as though Bale may be too far out of reach.

Real, who were held to a shock 0-0 draw with Sporting Gijon over the weekend, are not looking to cash in on his services and are prepared to reject any offer that comes their way, even if it exceeds the reported £85million they paid Tottenham for him in 2013.

Bale didn’t quite reach his usual high standards last term, and is expected to bounce back with all guns blazing this time around.
