Manchester United are in talks with Paris Saint-Germain about a potential move for winger Lucas Moura, according to the Metro.
Given that Moura has just enjoyed his best season yet at Parc des Princes, it is likely that the Old Trafford outfit may have to pay more than what was required to bring him to France two years ago.
Laurent Blanc predominantly used the former Sao Paulo man on the right-wing of a front three during the most recent campaign. And despite the need to feed the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani, Moura was more than capable of finding the back of the net. He scored seven times, and managed five assists, suggesting that he can be a selfish player when he wants to be.
That ability to play in the front line may well appeal to Louis van Gaal, who needs to find some attack-minded players ahead of the new campaign.
