Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is one of the most sought after football players in the world at the moment.
Almost all major European clubs, including the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Barcelona, have been linked with the 22-year old.
The France international was strongly linked with a move to Chelsea in the past two transfer windows, but his recent comments suggest that he might be interested in a move to another Premier League club.
The former Manchester United man has indicated at a possible future move to Manchester City by claiming that he wishes to work with Pep Guardiola in the future.
Guardiola, who is currently the manager of Bayern Munich, will take charge of City in the summer. He is expected to be handed a huge transfer budget by the City owners.
Serie A champions Juventus value their player at £73 million (€100m).
“Guardiola has great experience and an immense philosophy of football,” he told Sky Sports Deutschland (via Goal.com).
“He is a coach who influences the squad and all the players respect him. You can only admire and try to learn something from him.
“He is an icon of football and I’ve heard he manages to improve every player he has at his disposal. I am a Juventus player now, but clearly the possibility of working with him in future could develop.”
Pogba has won three Serie A titles since moving to the Turin club in 2012. He has been named in the Serie A Team of the Year for the past two seasons and also featured in 2015’s UEFA Team of the Year.
