Chelsea are planning to all guns blazing in the upcoming transfer window. According to a report in Daily Star, the Blues are planning to launch a £90million swoop for Everton duo of John Stones and Romelu Lukaku.
The Blues attempted to sign Stones last summer, but their three bids were turned down by the Toffees. The centre-back has suffered a slump in his form this season, but the Blues are convinced that he could provide a long-term defensive solution for their squad.
The West London club are ready to offer £40 million to the Merseyside club for the services of the 21-year-old.
Lukaku is another Everton player who is in high-demand in the transfer market. The Belgian international, who signed for Everton from Chelsea for £28 million in 2014, has scored 24 goals in all competitions this season and a lot of major European clubs are interested in him.
However, it has been reported that he prefers a move back to Chelsea as he thinks he has unfinished business at the club. Chelsea are ready to spend at least £50 million on the 22-year-old.
