It seems like Arsenal are going to pull out all the stops in the upcoming transfer window. Recent reports have suggested that the Gunners are close to completing a deal for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka.
Now it appears that Xhaka might not be the only midfield arrival at Emirates Stadium in the summer. France Football (via Get French Football) reports that the North London club have met the representatives of Leicester City midfielder N’Golo Kante.
The Premier League winner is reported £20 million buyout clause in the contract with the Foxes and the Gunners are prepared to pay the amount. The report also mentions that Arsene Wenger wants to complete the signing before Euro Championship commences on June 10th.
Arsenal held another meeting in London recently for discussions to sign N’Golo Kanté. They want to wrap the deal up before EURO 2016. (FF)

Kante rose to prominence after playing a significant role in the Foxes Premier League run this season. His performances for the club earned him his debut call for the France national team earlier this year and he has also been selected in Les Bleus’ national squad for Euro 2016.
The 25-year-old signed for Leicester in a £5.6million move from Caen last summer.
