There is a lot of restructuring going on at Manchester United at the moment. The arrival of a new manager mostly results in a lot of exits from the club.
There have been reports about the possible exits of various current players following the arrival of Jose Mourinho, and now the latest report has suggested that United legend Ryan Giggs is set to depart too.
Mourinho is set to appoint his long-term associate Rui Faria as his assistant at Old Trafford, and that means Giggs will have to take a demotion if he wants to stay at United.
However, Daily Mail reports that the former player is planning to end his 29-year association with the club. The news has devastated a lot of United fans on Twitter.

Heart says #Giggs to stay. But if he is to manage, he has to take that next step elsewhere (for now).29 years is a one off. #MUFC #legend

Sad to see #Giggs leaving #MUFC. Difficult to see him away from Old Trafford after all these years.
