Arsenal stars linked with exits

Arsenal forward Theo Walcott has been linked with a move to Liverpool by the latest report from Evening Standard.

The report claims that the Reds are ready to bid £25m for the 27-year-old and offer him a four-year contract.

Walcott struggled with his form for the Gunners last season and saw very little game time in the second half of the
season.

He has been consistently linked with an exit from the North London club this summer with West Ham United also reportedly interested in his services.

Walcott joined Arsenal in 2006 and is currently the longest-serving player at the club.

Meanwhile, Serie A club AS Roma have made a formal approach to extend Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny’s loan spell at the club, according to Gianluca di Marzio.

The 26-year-old, who is currently involved in Euro Cup with Poland national team, made 42 appearances in all competitions for Roma.

The report claims that Roma are ready to pay full wages of the Polish goalkeeper and also said to have the option to buy him for a significant amount of fee.
